Brief description: Kick start the week ahead with a NishaYoga class. Nisha teaches Ashtanga inspired Vinyasa Yoga, a rhythmic style of yoga which focuses on the flowing together of the traditional yoga poses and teaches you how to connect breath with movement resulting in an invigorating class which increases strength and flexibility, helps tone the body, improves posture and balance, and also brings calm and relaxation to your mind and body. An all over body and mind workout.

The therapeutic effects of Ashtanga Yoga help align and purify the body. Ashtanga Yoga is dynamic and aerobic. By synchronizing movement with the breath, this ancient system of yoga arouses the inner fire to cleanse and strengthen the body. Ashtanga Yoga's great strength focuses on correct breathing. It oxygenates the blood, helping circulation and bringing more blood to the brain to maximize clear thinking and full creativity. Ashtanga Yoga's most favourable aspect is its capacity to de-stress and reshape the body, counteracting the aging process. The practice induces the elimination of toxins and purifies the body. It serves as a path to health, flexibility, strength and balance through concentration.

Additional info: - Bring your own mat, borrow one from the stock available in class or buy a brand new one in class for £15.

- Wear stretchy comfortable clothing that won’t get in the way. Yoga is practiced barefoot.

- Try to bring a thin blanket/shawl or similar to cover yourself for relaxation at the end of class.- Refrain from eating at least an hour before class. If you do need to eat, make it light. A banana is good as it provides a good release of energy in time for class.

Nisha also offers one-to-one classes. Please contact Nisha directly for more details. For more details or to confirm your place, please contact Nisha as follows:
