Buddhist Meditation in the Samatha Tradition
Monday 5 December - Monday 21 May, 7.30pm - 9.00pm ,
A graduated beginners course to develop inner strength and freedom from turmoil, leading to clarity and understanding based on attention to the breath. The practice starts at 5 minutes that is extended to half an hour on the basis of various stages supported by theory from the Buddhist tradition. There is private discussion with the teacher to evaluate the experience. Open to pepople of all backgrounds.
