Arts Centre Management

Responsible for the strategic development of Harrow Arts Centre as an arts and cultural venue and overseeing the day-to-day management of the business, facilities and arts programme.

 

Business Team and Box Office

Amit manages the financial systems and the room bookings for the Harrow Arts Centre. His team is also responsible for ensuring that all the events run smoothly on the day. Amit is also qualified as one of Harrow Council’s ‘LEAN Green Belts’ and leads on improving the box office/reception procedures, to ensure they are efficient and user friendly.

Allan is responsible for all performances, events and weddings which take place at Harrow Arts Centre. He is also responsible for recruiting and training all Front of House staff and maintaining a high level of customer service.

As well looking after the room bookings Tara also manages the private hires for the Elliott Hall, The Studio and Hatch End Suites at the Harrow Arts Centre. Tara is based at the box office/reception.

Nida manages the room bookings and is a main point of contact at the Harrow Arts Centre. She is also based at the box office/reception.

 

Facilities & Site Team (George Moore Memorial Building)

John manages the facilities management service at the Harrow Arts Centre. This responsibility covers the maintenance (both within the team and contractors), health and safety requirements of the centre and has direct management of the Premises, Technical and Catering function. The FAST team service operates seven days a week.

Patrick is the Harrow Arts Centre technical expert. Patrick has responsibility for the technical services such as lighting and sound in the performance spaces ( Elliott Hall and Travellers Studio Theatre) and  is the principle contact with regard to office equipment, Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), hired equipment (laptops and Interactive White Boards) serving our customers at events, in the classroom or office.

Jamie is the Harrow Arts Centre technical support. Jamie has responsibility for the technical facilities such as lighting, sound and visual projection in the performance spaces ( Elliott Hall and Travellers Studio Theatre) and  is the secondary contact with regard to office equipment, Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), hired equipment (laptops and Interactive White Boards) serving our customers at events, in the classroom or office.

Graham manages the Premises with direct responsibility for planning room/ catering set up ,site and premises maintenance, contractors, cleaning contract monitoring, health and safety controls.

 

Ben Morris and Tony Knight - Premises and Amenities Assistants

Ben and Tony have hands on service delivery responsibility. Ben and Tony are the eyes and ears of the FAST team working very hard to deliver first rate customer services within a wide range of facilities from meeting contractors, room set ups, catering to car park management. 

 

Programme & Marketing Team

Kerry leads the artistic programming, marketing and promotion of Harrow Arts Centre.  She is responsible for the overall programming, promoting and publicising the artistic programme and overseeing the sponsorship, volunteer and friends and patrons strategies.

Aston supports the marketing and promotion of Harrow Arts Centre.  He is responsible for marketing the artistic programme and our private function venues as well as being a central point of information for the arts.

Cate is responsible for the development and delivery of an inclusive, educational and accessible programme of events and activities to widen participation and develop new audiences in the arts.  She works with a broad range of individuals and groups including diverse and hard to reach communities, families, schools, young people and older people.

Nadia manages the ticket sales for all events, assists with marketing for our artistic programme and is a main point of contact at the Harrow Arts Centre. She is based at the box office/reception.

Brent is responsible for producing and tracking event contracts, paying invoices, administering payment of Performing Rights Society royalties and managing the administration side of the office.
